Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
SpeedyFrogs.com.com offers the following Returns Policy: Arrangements for a return must be made within 5 days of the date the item is shipped. Returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee of 10%, and shipping will not be refunded. Alternatively, we will provide 90% of the purchase price in store credit for your returned item. ($5.00 minimum still applies.) If you return a new item that has been opened and is not defective, we will use the price of an equivalent used item to determine the refund amount, and will charge the restocking fee mentioned above. Please contact our Customer Service department for an RMA number at RMA@SpeedyFrogs.com before sending anything to us. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. All packages received without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To request an RMA please contact RMA@SpeedyFrogs.com or call (512)623-5665 to request an RMA, please provide an order number, your name, a contact phone number and email address, and the reason for a return request. RMA numbers will be issued immediately after your request is received and reviewed.
Once you receive an RMA Number please repackage the item securely and be sure to copy your RMA number on to the return packaging exactly as it appears to avoid delays or complications in processing the return or exchange. Speedyfrogs.com will not issue replacements/ refunds unless the item is received in stated condition. Requests for Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be reported within warranty period; warranties begin on item ship date. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to process and a replacement to ship or a refund to be issued.
What happens if I refuse my order?
If your order has been shipped and is refused by you at time of delivery without any prior notification, there will be a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
