Q. Is it safe to order from Speedyfrogs.com
A. Yes.   We use Authorize.net as our payment gateway to ensure that every transaction is properly secured.     We also use 128-bit SSL provided by GeoTrust.   Speedyfrogs.com does not keep any payment information.

Q. What is a refurbished product?
A. Refurbished products are typically customer returns which have been restored to their original factory specifications and fully tested and inspected by our technicians. Sometimes, refurbished products may have minor cosmetic blemishes that do not impact their performance.

Q. How does your repair service work?
A. Simple.   Not sure what is wrong with your iPod, just order the repair service.   We will send you a box with specially designed foam to keep your iPod secure.   We also provide a return DHL shipping label. Once we receive your iPod, we will diagnose your issue with 24 hours.   At that time, our customer service team will call you and explain what repair needs to be done.   If a part is required, we will quote you both parts and labor. No part is installed without the customer's approval. Your iPod is repaired and returned to you.

Q. What happens to our old parts?
A.   Speedyfrogs.com has partnered with Image Microsystems to handle our our part recycling needs. Any part that can be recycled is recycled.

Q. What kind of warranty do I have on my part/ labor?
A. We offer a 90 day warranty on all our parts and services.   However, liquid and physical damage void this warranty.

Q. What payment methods do we accept?
A.   Currently we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Checkout.   Personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.
