This is a NEW iPod Video headphone jack that comes in the 30GB and 60GB models.  The 60GB headphone jack also works on the 80GB model.  NOTE:  The way to distinguish between the two headphone jacks has to do with the angle of the jack.   The 30GB model has a slant at the opening of the jack whereas the 60GB/80GB has a straight opening on the jack.
