- Please identify your ipod model, then fill out a Diagnostic Form online and complete your order.
- We will sent you a box with instructions and a return label.
- We receive your ipod and we will contact you within 24 hours with a quote for the repair.
- Once you authorize the repair, we will start the repair and ship back your ipod within 24 hours of your response.
